My Workout Results Page

Seeing as I have struggled mightily for years to get into better shape,

I thought it would be interesting to document the progress I have made visually.

All it has taken me so far is eating a little bit less, and going to the gym

five days a week. Progress has definitely been coming.

Please be patient, as I realize that these animated .gifs take a while to download.

 

 

I am very excited about the progress that I have made, and can't wait to see where this

all ends up.
